I gotta + (verb)

• 'I gotta'는 문법적으로는 틀린 표현이지만 구어체로 많이 사용된다. ‘'I have got to' 혹은 'I've got to'에 해당하는 뜻으로 ‘gotta’는 ‘got to’의 축약형이다. 따라서 ‘have’는 생략된 것으로 보면 된다.
